B&B Halewijn is located at 2km from the E40 and the R4 and 7 km from the fabulous city of Ghent. Thanks to its rural surroundings you can enjoy the beautiful bike and walking trails along the river Lys. Of course we have maps of all cycling and hiking trails nearby and maps of surrounding villages that you can use freely.
The city of Ghent attracts a lot of tourists. Although there was a lot damaged in the last century, the historic downtown is well preserved. The old center is car free, which makes walking along the ancient monuments particularly pleasant.
